NASW national decided in January to leave X (formerly known as Twitter). This was not a decision we made lightly. However, the NASW national office decided to go inactive when X removed guardrails designed to restrict the flow of misinformation and disinformation. You can still see our X account but there will be no new postings as of Jan. 31. Other NASW chapters had already decided to leave X before national.
