Results from the study indicate that exposure to Hurricane Harvey was significantly associated with risk for intimate partner violence, post-traumatic stress (PTS) symptoms, and depression symptoms. In addition, intimate partner violence mediated the relationships between disaster exposure and PTS and depression symptoms.
