I have always been passionate about criminal justice reform and lowering our country’s recidivism rate through rehabilitative practices. This scholarship was established in memory of Donna Millette-Fridge by the School of Social Work in recognition of her commitment to helping the mentally ill become self-sufficient.

My path was the latter, clinical social work. In the 1990s I developed and lead what grew to be Canadas largest private brain injury rehabilitation centre. Those were always they whom I assessed as having been harmful to their children or the situation. However those with horrible self-interest and greed are leading.
