So, I called my psychiatrist’s office and got an answering machine from an evidently-open urgent care clinic. I was definitely going to a psychiatric hospital, particularly since this was a weekend and my regular outpatient care team wasn’t available. I worked at a university for about ten years. Clearly my husband wasn’t.
