The assessment process enables you to appreciate your client’s perspective on their situation, identify their priority areas for intervention, and recognize the strengths they bring to the therapeutic process. Advocacy takes various forms, including individual, organisational, and systemic levels.

During my time at UConn, learning how to work with different groups of people and learning different interventions will help me expand my knowledge even further after graduation.
